Job Description

Are you looking to boost your marketing career?   When you join ADVANCE you will be working with a proven industry leader on many diverse duties!  As a new marketer you will create promotional sales materials for our healthcare markets, and write and design pieces to support sales efforts. You will create concepts for our advertisements and online media kits, as well as support and develop our sales concepts. You will also work on coordinating events as needed from webinars to job fairs.

Responsibilities

Help create promotional sales pieces for ADVANCE offerings in a specific group of healthcare markets.

Help prepare materials to support sales efforts as needed for products and services.

Get together content for online media kits and other supporting pieces.

Develop concepts and copy for ads promoting print and digital e-newsletter subscriptions, websites, print and online features, contests and surveys, & products.

Participate in meetings with sales, editorial and merchandise as needed.

Prepare SEO copy.

Also, help coordinate step by step procedures for hosting webinars as needed.

Help or schedule planned seasonal spring & fall job fairs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, literature, marketing or related field.

Must possess excellent creative writing, grammar and spelling skills.

Must have strong administrative and organizational skills with great accuracy.

Should be a continual learner, showing curiosity and critical thinking.
