M-F 8AM-5PM

Qualifications

  • This role provides operational support in document production, scanning, mail processing, shipping/receiving, equipment upkeep, and general office services.

    Responsibilities

    • Operate high-volume duplicating, scanning, and mail processing equipment

    • Perform copying, binding, finishing, QC, and final check tasks

    • Use image handling software, Microsoft Office, and email systems

    • Inspect and maintain convenience copiers; clear jams and report problems

    • Maintain service logs, supply inventories, and management reports

    • Distribute office supplies, incoming/outgoing mail, and fax transmissions

    • Calculate charges for completed jobs and maintain billing records

    • Respond to and coordinate service calls from customers

    • Perform filing duties, including purging and archiving documents

    • Deliver completed jobs to designated internal/external locations

    • Travel between customer buildings if required

    • Maintain neat, stocked copier areas and general site cleanliness
