Last week, you would have called 200 of your 400 accounts to let them know about an innovative product we just created.  You would have helped each of those customers to decide if using that new product could create a better experience for their own customers. Everyday, you would have had at least 30 great conversations, where you learned about your customers' stories--who they are, how long they have been in business, and how they were looking to grow their business in the future. You would have also been smart enough to ask customers what types of products they were having trouble sourcing,  so we could add them to our line and make them easy to find.

You would have taken this job because you want to work for a company that really cares about its customers.  You would be happy doing what you do because you never once had to "ask your manager" when trying to help a customer-- and instead were valued for making the choice that seemed best to you. You would have great follow-up skills because you know how annoying it is to be told someone will get back to you and not have that happen! You would love problem-solving because you know problems are opportunities waiting to happen. You would know our products backwards and forwards because you believe that customers deserve good information and not a half-baked approach. You would feel exhilarated every time you matched the right product to the right person because you compete with yourself to always be the best you can be. You would love to show off your tattoos and piercings instead of hiding them at work, and if you didn't have any, you would still find beauty and individuality in those who do.

Our compensation package includes: $36,000 base + 2% commission (first year approx 45K possible). in addition to many benefits like:
