Job Description

As an intern, you will be supporting cutting-edge integrated marketing strategies, while learning fundamental marketing and project/traffic management skills. You will be working in an incredibly fast moving business, and have the opportunity to make valuable contributions from day one. No coffee runs here!

This is a paid internship ($15 per hour). Hours are flexible and anticipated to be up to 40 hours per week.

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist project managers with content management system (CMS) support
  • Assist the Traffic Manager with the resourcing of projects that hit our creative/delivery team
  • Traffic and keep tabs on projects that are too small to warrant a dedicated project manager
  • Provide research and analysis support where needed
  • Communicate verbally and via email with various teams across the agency
  • Create schedules and tracking documents for projects you’re working on
  • Organize information and resources for projects

Qualifications

An ideal candidate will: 

  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • Be obsessively organized
  • Be an exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Have the ability to work successfully with people face-to-face as well as on the phone or over email
  • Have competence with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Be collaborative, and comfortable working as a team as well as independently
  • Be able to work with ambiguity and not afraid to ask questions
  • Possess the ability to field and prioritize multiple requests from many stakeholders
  • Be accountable for your responsibilities
  • Have a sense of humor
