Your Role:

• Provide support for MicroStrategy’s product suite and its underlying technologies,

• Find solutions to problems reported while using MicroStrategy’s product suite through analytical troubleshooting abilities,

• Develop relationships with MicroStrategy customers and partners.

Job requirements:

• Strong analytical skills,

• Fluent English (knowledge of French, German or Spanish will be a strong plus),

• Excellent communication and presentation skills,

• Bachelor or equivalent degree,

• Availability to travel,

• Practical knowledge of SQL will be a strong plus.
