Perform a variety of routine accounting duties including invoicing, inventory auditing and reconciliation, general ledger (accruals, prepaids, journal entries and month end reconciliations), run expense reports and various other daily and monthly reporting. Assist with audits and other periodic functions. Provide administrative duties and support for the Finance Department. Maintains 404 compliance invoicing documents (match revenue documents, delivery, quotes, contracts, addendums and P.O signatures.) The main concentration of this position is collections and general ledger. Work on special projects as directed. Other duties may be assigned.
High School Diploma and a minimum of two years related experience. Proficiency in MS.Office Applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook. Good written and verbal communications skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and multi task. Excellent customer service orientation. Absolute confidentiality is required for this position. May require additional department-specific skills. Oracle knowledge is a plus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and or stand and may occasionally lift/and or move up to 10 pounds.
