We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team. 

As a Senior Python Resource, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing the best project architecture, writing efficient and optimized code, and ensuring high coding standards across the team. Your responsibilities will also include managing team members, providing technical guidance, facilitating new learning opportunities, conducting code reviews, and leading performance feedback discussions. 

• Responsibilities:- 
• Project Architecture and Design:- Analyze project requirements and design scalable and robust architecture for Python-based applications. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to define technical solutions aligned with business objectives. 
• Identify opportunities for system improvements, scalability enhancements, and technology upgrades. 
• Efficient and Optimized Code Development: 
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards. 
• Optimize code for performance and resource utilization to ensure the highest level of application efficiency. Debug and resolve complex technical issues in the application codebase. 
• Technical Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, providing technical guidance, support, and motivation. Identify individual team members' strengths and areas for improvement, and foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Assist team members in overcoming technical challenges and encourage continuous learning and professional development.
• Code Reviews and Quality Control: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and compliance with architectural guidelines. Identify and address code vulnerabilities, potential bugs, and performance bottlenecks. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by providing constructive feedback to team members. 
• Performance Feedback Discussions: Organize regular performance feedback discussions with team members to discuss their achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities. Set performance goals and provide feedback on progress, recognizing outstanding contributions and identifying areas for improvement. 
• Technical Problem Solving: Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues and provide expert-level problem-solving capabilities. Collaborate with other teams to resolve cross-functional technical challenges. 
• Knowledge Sharing and Training: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Python and related technologies. Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to share knowledge and promote skill development among team members. 

Skills And Qualifications:

• Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework {{such as Django, Flask, etc depending on your technology stack}} 
• Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Knowledge of accessibility and security compliance {{depending on the specific project}} 
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python Knowledge of the differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform.
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes Substantial unit test and debugging skills Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN
