It is important that the security supervisor has experience in handling the various emergencies and issues that can arise and is able to advise on all security matters.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in security related field in the supervisory role
• Strong leadership, coaching motivation, interpersonal & coordination, good problem-solving skill and conflict management skill
• Good personality with excellent communication and strong service-minded
• Good investigation skills
• Knowledge and previous experience in Health & Safety
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Observant
• Ability to perform patrolling duties
• Ability to work independently and with a team
