Join our culinary team as a Commis 1 in our vibrant Thai Kitchen located in the beautiful Mai Khao, Thailand. We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to assist in the preparation of authentic Thai cuisine in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for Thai dishes, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and meats
• Follow recipes and chef's instructions to prepare basic components of Thai dishes
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in the proper storage and labeling of ingredients and prepared foods
• Operate and maintain basic kitchen equipment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
• Learn and apply Thai culinary techniques under the guidance of senior chefs
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knife skills and ability to operate standard kitchen equipment
• Knowledge of Thai cuisine, ingredients, and flavors
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Food handling certification preferred
• Previous kitchen experience, especially in Thai cuisine, is a plus
• Basic understanding of Thai culinary techniques and flavors
• Willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field
• Ability to stand for extended periods
