Job Description
- Organise kitchen activities and support cuisine concepts, ensuring smooth operations and recommending menu changes based on seasonal availability.
- Adhere to Anantara food preparation and presentation guidelines while maintaining food safety, sanitation, and proper handling techniques.
- Ensure outlet safety and manage all outlet property and facilities responsibly.
- Participate in departmental training to improve skills and service levels, whilst promoting positive inter-departmental relations through effective communication and cooperation.
Qualifications
- Must have worked at least two years as a Demi Chef de Partie Baker in a large Hotels and Restaurants
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for high-quality food
- Ability to lead a section and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
- Relevant trade qualifications in commercial cookery
