Job Description

 

  • Answer calls promptly and professionally, handling guest inquiries and directing calls appropriately.

  • Provide information about hotel services and local attractions, taking accurate messages when necessary.

  • Assist with wake-up calls and coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently.

  • Maintain updated call records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in handling guest information.

  • Uphold Anantara brand standards in all communications and guest interactions.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Fluent in English; additional language a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills; knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Opera) beneficial
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset
