You’ll manage a boutique portfolio of quality properties, delivering excellent service to tenants and owners while balancing your work with life outside the office. What you’ll do:

• Manage a boutique portfolio of premium properties
• Conduct inspections (entry, exit, routine, open homes)
• Oversee maintenance and coordinate with trusted trades
• Support leasing, onboarding and handovers
• Use Console Cloud to streamline operations
• Build positive relationships with tenants and owners

• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• 2+ years in residential Property Management
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Console, Property Me, or similar software
• A reliable vehicle and driver’s licence
• Professional, people-focused and proactive attitude
