Job Description

  • Accurately calculate and process payroll for all team members, including salaries, overtime, and allowances, ensuring timely payments and proper record-keeping. 
  • Maintain comprehensive, organized, and audit-ready logs of all bank dealings, payroll records, and personnel files, ensuring 100% accuracy and confidentiality. 
  • To be in charge of arranging and organizing monthly welfare activities for all the team members.
  • To be in charge of arranging monthly birthday gatherings, celebration, functions and CSR
  • To assist in all activities concerning team members, employment contract administration, performance management, medical insurance, and administration.
  • To implement P&C operational policies and processes, ensuring that these are adhered to 
  • To implement corporate policies and procedures on compensation and benefits, including approved incentive schemes on a regular basis to be rolled out.
  • Assist in communication of key messages to all team members. Promote team members communication activities and channels, to encourage and enable feedback from team members.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience in People & Culture / Human Resources
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in payroll systems
  • Able to plan and execute activities and functions
  • Understanding of HR policies and processes
  • Strong in written and spoken English
  • Organized, self-disciplined, focused, accurate
  • Act with personal professionalism and integrity at all times
  • Display a positive attitude, even under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain stamina
