Job Description

As a Commis Chef you will assist with the kitchen operations, servicing the Restaurant, Events. You will report to the Executive Chef who oversees kitchen operations. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare and cook high quality food
  • Helping to create good communication between FOH and BOH
  • Keep the kitchen organized and clean

Qualifications

  • Hold relevant Certificate cookery qualifications and previous experience in a similar role
  • Have knowledge and understanding of HACCP 
  • Be flexible to work a range of different shifts, including weekends
  • Be able to work under pressure within a dynamic team environment
  • Be self-motivated and able to work without supervision
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
