Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Team Leader to join our thriving establishment in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an F&B Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a talented team of professionals.

  • Lead and motivate a team of F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance menu offerings and improve overall dining experience
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items and seasonal promotions
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Conduct regular team training sessions to improve skills and maintain service excellence
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Stay updated on local and international F&B trends to keep the offerings fresh and competitive

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in F&B operations, with a proven track record in a leadership role
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in menu planning, inventory management, and cost control
  • Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and budgeting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Food Safety Certification required
  • Knowledge of current food and beverage trends, particularly in the Dubai market
  • Familiarity with diverse culinary preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisive decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
