As a Villa Host, your responsibilities will include:

• Maximising guest satisfaction by providing highly personalised, efficient, and responsive service with meticulous attention to detail
• Hands on experience in a luxury safari lodger or five-star establishment.
• Anticipating and exceeding guests' needs proactively
• Taking ownership and leadership of all assigned villas
• Supervising, directing, and assisting with the cleanliness and maintenance of guest villas
• Ensuring the highest professional standards of service are consistently met
• Conducting thorough villa inspections before guest arrivals and after departures
• Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues promptly
• Welcoming guests upon arrival and providing comprehensive villa orientations
• Arranging personalised in-villa experiences, such as private dining or spa treatments
• Managing guest requests and inquiries efficiently, serving as the primary point of contact during their stay
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintaining accurate records of guest preferences and special requirements
• Handling check-out procedures and gathering feedback on guest experiences
• Participating in regular training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of villa host services and guest satisfaction initiatives

• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on active listening and clear articulation
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages highly advantageous
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Butler/Villa Host, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional, personalised guest service
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanour
• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Proficiency in luxury hospitality software systems and property management tools
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask efficiently
• Knowledge of fine dining, wine service, and international etiquette
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg when necessary
• Valid food handling and safety certification
• First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
