Job Description

We’re looking for a Director of Sales to champion growth across two standout Hunter Valley properties Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on relationship building, driving sales across MICE, Corporate, Leisure, Health & Wellbeing, Golf, and F&B. You’ll be shaping the commercial success of two unique destinations while working in one of Australia’s most sought-after regions.

Your Impact

  • Lead and implement annual sales strategies alongside the Cluster GM
  • Manage key accounts and market segments end-to-end
  • Mentor and develop a dynamic sales and conference team
  • Build strong industry connections that drive repeat and long-term business
  • Represent both properties within the tourism and hospitality sector
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to inform growth strategies
  • Partner with Commercial Sales to maximise visibility and revenue

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Director of Sales or similar senior role within hospitality
  • Expertise in managing complex sales segments across multiple properties
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of revenue and distribution strategies
  • Passion for customer experience and team development
