Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, creating memorable first impressions and ensuring every guest feels valued throughout their stay. Your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service that transforms guest interactions into lasting positive experiences. - Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming reception to guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process while addressing any immediate inquiries or special requests with attentiveness and care
- Maintain clear, courteous, and professional communication with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders across multiple channels—including in-person interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence—to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Process guest reservations, updates, and special requests accurately using property management systems, ensuring seamless scheduling, availability management, and personalized service delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, offering prompt assistance, proactive problem-solving, and personalized recommendations to enhance their overall experience
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills by managing multiple guest requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and operational efficiency
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, working collaboratively with team members to find effective solutions that prioritize guest satisfaction
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about local attractions, dining options, and services available in Dubai, leveraging your understanding of the local area to enrich the guest experience

Qualifications
- Demonstrated background and proven experience delivering high-quality customer service within a hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing environment
- Exceptional communication skills in English with strong written and verbal abilities; multilingual capabilities are highly valued
- Proficiency with property management systems and hotel technology platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in challenging situations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
