Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and international media.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and story angles across key business pillars including accommodation, spa, dining, sustainability, weddings, and events
- Track, analyze, and report on media coverage and earned media value.
- Manage press visits, familiarization trips, and media events from planning to post-coverage follow-up.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all media communications.
- Identify and evaluate influences aligned with the resort’s luxury positioning.
- Negotiate collaborations and manage contractual deliveries.
- Coordinate influencer stays, including itinerary planning across rooms, spa, dining, and experiences.
- Ensure accurate tagging, content quality, and compliance with agreed deliverables.
- Track ROI and performance of influencer partnerships.
- Maintain updated press kits, fact sheets, and media assets.
- Support photography and videography shoots where required
- Ensure all communications adhere to brand standards and tone of voice guidelines.
- Identify relevant industry awards and manage submission processes.
- Manage and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Plan monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and promotions.
- Write captions in line with brand tone of voice.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Compile performance data and achievements for nominations.
- Maintain updated media and influencer databases.
- Prepare monthly PR and social media performance reports

Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Public Relations within hospitality or lifestyle sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
