We are looking for a quick-witted, entrepreneurial, and intellectually-curious person to join our growing engineering team. Responsibilities include: 

• Writing beautifully simple, robust, and stable webapps
• Completely understanding how webapps behave on a variety of browsers and devices
• Ensuring testability of your solutions
• Design highly secure applications that meet regulatory, security and compliance standards appropriate for the financial services industry.
• Building frameworks that allow for easy user setup and customization.  
• Incorporating tools to understand how users are interacting with the UI and constantly improving user experience and conversion.  

Successful candidates will posses the following: 

• Penchant for solving complex and interesting problems.
• Love of design
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant job experience using HTML, CSS, et al.
• Javascript experience a plus.
• Experience in a mobile-first development environment
• Experience working at a startup is highly desirable.
• Ability to think creatively, strategically and innovatively using sound judgment and technical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities. 
• Experience, flexibility, and true expertise using any number of micro-frameworks, compilers, async loaders, etc, to get the job done
