Job Description

Objectives of this Role

As the Personal Assistant, your role will be crucial in supporting the CEO private including family, and in certain business areas. Responsible for the overall coordination, including travel arrangements, your ability to prioritize, organize and communicate effectively will be essential to support the CEO.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities vary greatly depending on the employee skills and may change over time.

  • Help to coordinate functions, events and other activities;
  • All type of property support, different activities, among other categories
  • Travel management including flights, ground transportation, lodging, dining, and other activities
  • Family support including education, healthcare, and other
  • When necessary, acting as a first point of contact of behalf of family members
  • Research and execute special projects
  • Maintaining and keeping up to date various records and documents. Prepare reports, analytics, and other materials
  • Manage costs and costs reimbursement
  • Hiring and supervision of service staff. Take care of household upkeep and maintenance.
  • Interaction with suppliers, negotiating, and obtaining the best conditions
  • Working hours depend on the time zone where the family is at the moment. Stand by duty will be required outside of normal business hours
