Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement change management strategies that support the adoption of Genesys Cloud CX and align with both technical goals and business objectives.
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes on systems, users, and workflows, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, business units, project managers, and leadership to secure stakeholder buy-in and readiness for change initiatives.
  • Develop and execute communication plans, training materials, and adoption programs to support users and minimize resistance.
  • Ensure all changes follow established governance protocols, including proper documentation, approvals, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Monitor and report on adoption rates, performance metrics, and user feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Partner with training, business, and technical teams to ensure coordinated execution of readiness initiatives and seamless transitions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in technology implementation projects.
  • Practical knowledge of change management methodologies such as PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Familiarity with contact center operations and cloud CX platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and influence adoption at all organizational levels.
