Job Description

Executes various systems (JDA and Legacy) programs in support of Purchasing Department.  These programs include SKU maintenance, forecasting, product returns, data reporting, and cost changes. 


Manages assigned tasks including:  building and executing queries; generation of ad hoc reports; SKU price, cost, and description updates; updates to store assortment profiles; new store/new vendor information input; generate monthly warehouse and store forecasts; execute SKU returns. Other duties include invoice preparation, stock level adjustments, and data entry. Must also be able to interpret and analyze varieties of data and provide insights and recommendations for future strategies.

  • Associate’s degree from a two-year college and two years of related experience required
  • Automotive industry experience is beneficial
  • Candidate must possess knowledge of databases and file structures
  • Experience with AS400 functions including query, file and printer output; job submission; file up/download a plus
  • Successful candidate must also possess skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
