Job Description
The Human Resources Assistant is a hybrid role that is responsible for providing Human Resources administrative support to the Manager of Human Resources, executive level support to the company’s Chief Executive Officer, as well as facilitating office management. This role will interact directly with the company’s external vendors, clients, and candidates, and requires a high degree of customer service, and professionalism towards internal employees as well. Duties include, but not limited to:
• Post open positions, assist with sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews; manage applicant tracking database and reporting on HR analytics.
• Assist with new hire on-boarding and labor law posting compliance.
• Assist with benefits administration as needed, including open enrollment activities.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar of appointments, strategize the daily, quarterly and yearly activities, prepare all appropriate executive and shareholder meetings, schedule and prepare travel itineraries, and handle confidential information.
• Handle business travel with responsibility for booking travel arrangements and coordinating out-of-town meeting schedules.
• Assist in championing company culture and employee engagement. Plan company events including the company picnic, annual kick off meeting, holiday party, and volunteer events.
• Facilities management, including coordinating all cleaning, repairs and decoration.
• Resolve routine and non-routine administrative problems and answer inquiries.
• Performs special projects and/or other administrative functions to support the business as assigned or proactively performed.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have previous experience in a Human Resources or Executive Assistant capacity, excellent communication, inter-personal, and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, strong multi-tasking and critical thinking ability, and most importantly a passion for service driven excellence! Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
