In 1993, a simple but remarkable concept took root in Portland, Oregon. That concept was to handcraft superior chocolates – chocolates that would not only taste exquisite, but that would look exceptional, as well. The result would be a chocolate indulgence for all the senses.

From that initial idea grew Moonstruck Chocolate Company, where to this day we still handcraft each piece, using only the finest ingredients. We pair our own decadent chocolate with fresh flavors found in the Pacific Northwest and beyond, and then hand-decorate each piece with intricate care.

It all makes for a chocolate experience without compare, and we invite you to share in that experience yourself. It is our sincere hope that you enjoy savoring each Moonstruck Chocolatier delicacy as much as we enjoyed creating it.

Moonstruck Chocolate was recently recognized by Willamette Week as Portland's Best Chocolatier on their 2015 "Best of Portland" list. 

Do you have experience working with chocolate or pastries? We are looking  for go getters that display a positive, productive and eager to learn personality while working in a diverse setting with a wide variety of personalities. Hours are Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm with occasional needs to stay late and work overtime during this time of year. This is a temporary/seasonal position, but temporary candidates will be first considered for regular, non-temporary roles based upon performance. 

If you enjoy working with your hands to create a beautiful product that will include a range of duties throughout the manufacturing floor such as hand making the final product, packaging, then don’t delay—this is what you have been looking for! QUALIFICATIONS: This is a traditional manufacturing environment that requires you follow standard food handling guidelines, be able to stand most of the day, climb stairs, have the ability to lift up to 20lbs, push 40-50lbs on a rolling cart, and work at a fast pace to keep up with the necessary flow of production. Counting and math skills required in order to follow work order directions. Ideal candidates will have experience working with chocolate or pastries,  food manufacturing, baking or food packaging.

This position requires a pre-placement reference check, background check and drug screen.
