Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Search Marketing specialist in helping shape our paid search management strategies for our clients. This individual will be responsible for managing our clients' paid search campaigns on a regular basis and communicating with our clients. The individual will work directly with the founders of the company and account manager. This individual is positioned to grow into a major role in the company if successful.

This position does not involve any SEO or Social Media work.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Daily management of client's online ad campaigns which may include Google Adwords, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Advertising.
  • Analyze account performance & data to come up with crucial decisions affecting campaign strategies.
  • Use campaign experience and on-going industry research to come up with new ROI-driven strategies to improve SEM campaigns across the board.
  • Ability to work with team members to develop captivating ads for clients.
  • Communicate with clients on their SEM campaigns via email or phone.
  • Develop internal and client-facing reports based on campaign data and activities.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure clients questions and concerns are being taken care of promptly.

Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years of paid search management experience
  • AdWords Certified
  • Ability to manage multiple small and large monthly spend SEM accounts (ranging from a few hundred to several thousands per month)
  • Proficient with day-to-day Google Adwords Management
  • Must be able to commute to and from our office in North Austin during regular weekday hours
  • PLUS: Experience in bid management tools (e.g. Kenshoo, Marin, etc).
  • PLUS: Proficient in Super Smash Bros, FIFA, Star Wars trivia and/or Foosball!

Additional Information

Starting salary ranges from $45-55k/year, based on experience and expertise.
