Job Description

Provide integrated care behavioral health services which includes clinical assessment/problem identification, crisis intervention, short term solution focused intervention and case management support for behavioral health change. Develop and monitor treatment plans and progress, document significant events, and maintain clinical charts and other reporting data. Work with a diverse client population in a variety of treatment approaches and/or settings. 

                                               


Qualifications

A. Education or Formal Training & Experience:  

a. Masters minimum degree in behavioral health related field required.  

b. Licensure for State of Colorado or license eligible.

c. Previous experience or training which could include integrated care or specialty behavioral health services. 


B. Knowledge, Skill & Ability: (include materials and equipment directly used)

a. Ability to work independently and provide brief solution focused interventions.

b. Ability to understand and present verbal/written instructions and to exchange verbal/written information. 

c. Ability to maintain effective, courteous, welcoming relationships with clients/families, coworkers and others. 

d. Working knowledge of Windows based computer applications to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet access.

e. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

f. Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks. 

g. Bi-lingual; Spanish speaking preferred.    


C. Physical Requirements and Workplace Environment:  

a. Requires ability to use routine office equipment such as computer and telephone.

b. Requires sufficient near-vision to be able to read documents and computer screen.

c. Requires ability to comprehend both oral and written communications.

d. Must pass a criminal background check

e. Annual Flu vaccine required. Employer will provide

f. Obtain 2 step PPD for tuberculosis (annually if provider). Employer will provide 

g. Obtain vaccine records for MMR, Varicella, T-DaP and Hep B. Employer will provide

h. O.S.H.A. Category 1: All procedures or other job-related tasks involve an inherent potential for mucous membrane or skin contact with blood, body fluids or tissues or a potential for spills or splashes of these fluids.

i. HIPAA Classification: Unrestricted Access: A workforce member with unrestricted access will have full access to patient’s protected health information, including the patient’s entire medical record, for patient care purposes.

Hiring Wage Range $45,000-$53,000/yr DOE
