Summary:

You will primarily be responsible for delivering a tremendous customer experience to our home customers by handling incoming inquiries and taking orders via telephone and email.  

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries from home customers
• Assist customers through insightful questions and providing expert knowledge regarding product materials, installation, navigating the website, images, pricing, lead time, etc.  
• Take orders from customers who prefer to place their orders over the phone.   
• For inquiries from business customers, direct them to our Account Managers. 
• Assist Account Managers with fulfillment of sales collateral, processing returns, searching for images, preparing for customer meetings, etc.
