Job Description
The NBCUniversal Advertising & Partnerships Strategy team is responsible for driving growth opportunities for Peacock, NBCU Streaming, and the wider sales organization. Acting as strategic consultants, this dynamic team supports ad sales and corporate stakeholders across a wide range of initiatives including long-term strategic planning, market/competitive analyses, go-to-market strategies, business case development, sales optimization, and budget planning.
You will interface with business leaders across multiple functions, both inside and outside Ad Sales. We’re looking for a proactive self-starter to bring innovative thinking and strong analytical skills to help grow our business. As an integral part of a blue-chip team with significant media experience, you will impact revenue growth across Peacock & the rest of the NBCUniversal portfolio by identifying new product ad innovations that will help to shape the future of Peacock and NBCU’s digital ad experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead ad innovation performance analytics & optimization strategies
- Establish ad innovation OKRs and track progress throughout the year
- Identify path to optimize ad innovation suite via internal performance metrics, sales feedback, and marketplace/competitive analyses
- Curate performance insights into executive quarterly business reviews, distilling insights into actionable business decisions for Peacock leadership
- Conduct ad sales ‘gap analysis’ to identify revenue growth areas by client/category/agency
- Conduct marketplace & competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities
- Lead all ad innovation & ad experience competitive insights
- Identify points of differentiation / gaps vs. streaming competitors and share insights & recommendations with ad sales strategy leadership
- Maintain competitive tracking document to support business case valuations and ad hoc leadership questions
- Drive ad innovation roadmap prioritization and stakeholder management
- Conduct quantitative analyses to determine which products will be most scalable, turnkey, and competitive in market
- Partner with Peacock/Ad Sales product on level of effort and final roadmap prioritization
- Monitor progress against roadmap and manage development of innovations to ensure aligned with strategic vision (in partnership with product)
- Gather sales feedback to inform enhancement requests to ad innovations
- Ad Innovation Revenue Valuations
- Perform Revenue Valuations for new ad innovation offerings
- Define assumptions and potential scenario tables to develop ranges for estimates
- Work cross functionally across Research, Data Science, and Product to create valuations
- Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders to ideate and enhance innovation suite
- Partner with ad sales research on testing of new ad innovations and experiences
- Communicate new product features and key points of market differentiation to internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, planning)
- Identify annual budget goals in partnership with finance and planning
- Sports and Olympics Ad Innovation Creation
- Recommend areas for growth for new ad innovations
- Assist in development of Ad Innovation Sports and Olympics QBR
Qualifications
- 6+ years previous relevant work experience; this could include media experience at a tech/network/streaming company, product management, professional services (e.g., consulting, finance).
- Proven quantitative analytical abilities, including Excel modeling skills.
- Strong PowerPoint skills and proven proficiency summarizing information/analyses into coherent and concise slides.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; the ability to present results of complex analyses clearly.
- Excellent organizational, time and people management skills and the ability to work in groups and independently.
- Must possess a passion for media and strong intellectual curiosity.
- BA/BS required

Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 + bonus eligible
