Universal Pictures Home Entertainment (UPHE) markets and distributes NBC Universal’s film and television offerings across transactional digital and disc formats worldwide. Job Description
The Global Brand Marketing team is responsible for developing product and marketing strategies for home entertainment consumers across new release, catalog, and television product. The Coordinator, Global Brand Marketing is responsible for supporting the teams with day-to-day management of strategy and marketing information, as well as being office liaison communicating with internal NBCU divisions as well as external businesses. This position will report to the Sr. Manager, Global Brand Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Maintain competitive, global, and projected release calendars.
- Update data across tracking systems and support project management for new release, catalog, and TV titles.
- Contribute to title planning, including early presentation development and tactical asset organization.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, invites, notes, and follow-ups across domestic and global teams.
- Distribute weekly reports, calendars, campaign materials, and key updates.
- Track and organize incoming materials from internal divisions to support slate presentations.
- Support competitive tracking (windowing, messaging, bonus features, and title level overviews).
- Assist in constructing title level materials, including title kickoffs and marketing briefs, budget plans, comps, and packaging project tracking.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal tools and system navigation.
- Support billing workflows such as purchase orders, vendor setup, and budget tracker updates.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience within professional office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Google Suite

- Detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills
- Highly flexible and collected under high-pressure circumstances
- Ability to work well with others and collaborate across the organization to achieve goals

- A motivated individual with a passion for film and television and willingness and desire to learn would enjoy working with our fun and dedicated team
- Scheduling and PM (project management) experience a plus
- Familiarity with Airtable, Frame.io, Dropbox, and SharePoint a plus
Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
