About Us:

NBCUniversal Global TV Distribution is responsible for the licensing and distribution of NBCUniversal product to all forms of television and new media platforms in the U.S., Canada and in over 200 territories internationally. NBCUniversal’s content portfolio includes a vast and diverse library of more than 6,500 feature films and 170,000 television episodes, including current and classic titles, non-scripted programming, kids, sports, news, long-form and short-form programming from Universal Pictures, Focus Features, Universal Television, UCP, Universal International Studios, Sky Studios, NBC Late Night properties, DreamWorks Animation, Telemundo, and more, as well as locally produced content from around the world. Overview:

The Coordinator, Sales Administration Worldwide will be primarily responsible for providing support to the Senior Vice President of Sales Planning and Administration in the management of TV and New Media deals worldwide. This position offers broad exposure across Sales Administration and involves a diverse range of responsibilities and special projects. It is an excellent entry point into the content distribution business and provides a strong foundation for understanding global deal operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate quarterly all hands meetings for the Sales Administration team.
  • Log all incoming agreements and amendments, ensuring confidentiality, timely processing, and deal integrity within international sales.
  • Update and maintain the Sales Administration Quarterly “Snapshot” Report.
  • Prepare and distribute internal sales reports within the Sales Administration department and as requested for new releases.
  • Support Managers with deal processing on time sensitive projects to help the team reach deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain annual calendar for all Sales Administration-related contractual and financial deadlines.
  • Maintain and update the Sales Administration team time-off tracker, ensuring leadership has visibility into team availability.
  • Coordinate occasional international travel arrangements and related logistics for leadership.
  • Liaise with executive assistants across the Global Distribution organization to coordinate meetings and scheduling.
  • Manage Sales Administration SharePoint site including the organization and distribution of operational summaries and process documents.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint. 

Desired Characteristics

  • Able to work effectively under own initiative and be comfortable with evolving deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized a must.
  • Willing to collaborate and support the administration team on projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and the media industry a plus.

Additional Requirements

Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
