An Entry Level Business Analyst will be responsible for providing user support for the various applications developed by the Business Systems Development team. This includes learning internal systems, answering user questions, troubleshooting issues, testing new features, and managing on going enhancements to the internal applications. Additionally, you will make recommendations on ways to utilize and leverage these applications across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business or related field preferred.
• Year of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Self-starter and eager to learn new things
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Familiarity with Excel, Word, SQL.
• Analysis and problem solving skills.
