The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing NEXTDC’s nurture streams, digital campaigns including the creation of all digital email campaigns and the ongoing support of our online platforms such as the NEXTDC corporate website and Intranet.

In this role you will champion the customer experience with relevant, targeted communications, consistent branding and clear messaging. You will also be responsible for helping build and refine our zero-touch strategy, helping to streamline opportunity management, enhance the user experience when engaging with NEXTDC and improve funnel conversions.

You will also be responsible for helping to create and manage the creation of our corporate content, such as brochures, website content, sales proposals etc.

You will be a self-starter with 3+ years' experience delivering successful digital and nature marketing campaigns. You will have the confidence and creativity to make and execute decisions on the fly. You will have exceptional written communication and copywriting skills, as well as the ability to create and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, customers and suppliers. While your passion for collaborating with others and delivering world-class experiences will help you to create marketing activities and materials that deliver the value we are known for by our customers and partners.
