Job Description

As the People & Culture Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the People & Culture team across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, such as onboarding, changes in employment and offboarding. You will also provide first level support to all employees, responding to P&C queries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as first point of contact and resolution for all P&C queries
  • Providing efficient administrative support to P&C team
  • Managing all P&C systems (including maintaining accurate employee records)
  • Producing timely and accurate P&C reports for Executives and other key stakeholders
  • Maintaining P&C pages on the company intranet
  • Assisting with Recruitment during peak periods

As a member of the P&C team, you will champion the NEXTDC values and contribute to a positive work environment and strong staff engagement in Sydney.

Qualifications

You will have a keen interest in HR and a desire to get stuck in to all elements of HR administration; your meticulous attention to detail, amazing organisational skills and strong sense of urgency will ensure the P&C team runs smoothly and are able to focus on delivering an outstanding employee experience.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborative effectively with the rest of the P&C team and wider business.
