The Revenue Assurance Specialist will maintain a register and manage contracts signed with customers in order to track obligations relating to deliverables, payments, pricing and revenue. They will work to
implement this tracking in a more automated way with the development of new internal systems and
will work across key functions and stakeholders to ensure compliance.

You will also assist in the set up and operation of a contract lifecycle tracking system and other business support tools as required with respect to NEXTDC’s customer contracts, capture all material billing and payment departures from NEXTDC’s standard Master Services Agreement terms into the tracking, including customer relationships defined under specific or bespoke terms and conditions

You will also be exposed to capturign bespoke terms agreed on power, service level performance and other infrastructure data reporting, and assisting the Sales and Account Managers to place timely communications in relation to this.
