Job Description

The Business Operations Manager manages the quote to cash business operations and is responsible for leading the Sales Operations, Revenue Assurance, Billing and Accounts Receivable functions. On a day to day basis, you will manage the Quote to Cash process for NEXTDC's products and services. The Business Operations Manager will manage all aspects of revenue from all income streams, ensuring billing, CPI increases and power are accurate and up to date and manage all aspects of revenue collection ensuring timely billing of services, collection of invoice and dispute resolution. 

The Business Operations Manager will work with the Sales team to ensure that information in Salesforce is accurate and up to date. You will also provide regular reporting on Sales metrics and sales pipeline. 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have the following

  • Strong analytical, numerical, reporting and problem solving skills. 
  • Excepetion communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Strong Salesforce.com experience and exposure. 
  • Extensive experience working within a high performing Sales and Finance team. 
  • Experience building, managing and leading teams, specifically Sales Operations and Accounts Receivable functions. 
  • Managing the overall Quote to Cash process for products and services.
