Job Description

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating and nurturing leads to qualify opportunities to pass on to the Sales Team and build relationships with prospective clients. Using Salesforce.com, you will make outbound calls to potential clients to present NEXTDC's service offering and features and also take inbound sales enqueries that are generated through NEXTDC's marketing campaigns. 

You will also assist the Sales organisation by coordinationg inbound leads, manage bookings for facility tours and any other duties as required by the Head of Channel & Sales Development. 

Qualifications

With your strong communication skills, you will ideally have 2+ years of working within a sales contact centre or a sales related envrionment wihtin a B2B setting. Using your positive and energetic attituide, you will build relationships with potential clients and work to acheive targets.
