Job Description

The Customer Service Manager is a critical role in our business, being the driving force of our Customer First value by managing and delivering a world class customer experience. As the Customer Service Manager you will be on the ground managing the day-to-day operations of our Customer Service teams in both our Melbourne locations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark on how we operate and deliver our customer experience in the next phase of company growth. 

In this role you will not only be a manager but a leader and mentor to your team members by empowering them to be the best that they can be. You will also manage all recruitment, training and performance management activities for your teams.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have 5+ years in a similar management position with the passion and drive to deliver an exceptional customer experience.  Ideally in your career you would have managed a 24x7 team including managing rosters, employee performance, training and have the skills to have those hard conversations, as well as having had exposure to award and/or EBA interpretation and security posture (desired).
