Job Description

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will partner with members of our Executive team and Senior Leaders within the NEXTDC business to build and implement HR solutions which will be aligned to the needs of our rapidly growing business. 

Drawing your experience as a trusted Business Partner, you will work your stakeholders to provide both recommendations and solutions including, but not limited to

  1. Talent Management
  2. Performance & Development
  3. Employee Engagement
  4. Reward & Recognition 
  5. Employee Relations.

You will also work with the business on our bi-yearly employee Talent Reviews and yearly Remuneration Reviews and other People & Culture related projects. 

Qualifications

With a minimum of 3-4 years of HR generalist experience, tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and strong consulting, negotiation & facilitation skills, you will have demonstrated in-depth knowledge of HR organisational policies & practices as well as HR best practice.

Experience and a passion for Learning & Development is critical and experience supporting HR practices within Asia is advantageous.
