The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for managing the national end to end recruitment process by attracting and hiring great talent across all levels of NEXTDC. As a true business partner, this role works collaboratively with multiple key stakeholders to understand our commercial hiring needs, take briefs, advertise and source great candidates through to negotiation of offers. In addition, the TA Consultant is required to own and manage the recruitment systems and continuously look for ways in which we can improve our processes and hiring approaches to be at the forefront of innovation.     

 As the primary contact of NEXTDC to candidates, it is critical that this role embodies our values and creates an engaging and exceptional candidate experience.

This role can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra or Brisbane.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in recruitment either in house or through an agency; have outstanding communication & interpersonal skills; and be able to effectively juggle multiple priorities. In addition, you will possess a strong client focus and a high level of energy & enthusiasm for building a great candidate experience.
