Job Description

As the Customer Success Manager you will own the success of NEXTDC’s customers ensuring seamless onboarding, project delivery lifecycle, adoption and renewal. You will be a trusted advisor to both our Sydney based and national customers by understanding their business requirements and becoming their champion through all phases of the implementation journey with a strong focus on adoption and successful customer outcomes. Working in collaboration with your internal & external stakeholders, specifically pre-sales, sales and facilities, you will put the customer at the centre of everything that you do by leading service review meetings, customer reporting and ensuring the successful delivery of client solutions and project outcomes.


You will have proven skills and experience in project and relationship management with 3+ years of experience in a Service Delivery Coordinator/Manager role (or equivalent). Ideally you'll have experience working within or an understanding of the data centre and telecommunication industries. You will love working in a collaborative team environment but also be able to work autonomously taking ownership and accountability for all aspect of your role.

You will have a customer first focus with proven negotiation, conflict management and stakeholder management skills having worked with various levels and areas of a business. You will thrive on working in a flexible environment with the ability to adapt and cope effectively with complexity and change, adopting creative solutions and thinking outside the box to provide a world class customer experience for our customers.
