This newly created role presents a unique opportunity for a skilled Salesforce Subject Matter Expert to solve complex business problems through the design and implementation of technical solutions.

You will own the full life-cycle implementation of Salesforce solutions from initial scoping through to build and test, deployment and successful go-live.

Your combined technical and product knowledge alongside exceptional stakeholder engagement skills will ensure your success in this role.

This role can be based in either Brisbane or Melbourne with the flexibility to work from home. 

About the role

• Assess business & technology requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Work closely with Salesforce and partners to guide implementation projects in line with Salesforce best practices our product roadmap
• Continuously develop your expertise on Salesforce platform.
• Deliver development work, product extensions / integrations, solution & performance optimizations, and support ad-hoc technical queries from business teams.
• Support the team in providing estimations, proof-of-concepts, integration and design.
• Assist the business in their needs related to deploying or optimizing their Salesforce application, including demonstration of key capabilities and features, project implementation activities, hands-on development and answering questions on Salesforce best practices.
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions, producing requirements and design documents.
• Develop Integrations, security, single-sign-on and application customizations.
• Configure products and solutions and perform quality testing.

• IT industry experience, including significant Salesforce experience across multiple projects ideally in cross-cloud environment as both a developer and designer
• Solid Salesforce configuration and customisation knowledge, if you understand the capabilities of the Salesforce product and can design solutions accordingly we want to hear from you!
• Working knowledge of on-premise/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configurations (CI/CD) operations.
• CPQ implementation experience
• Salesforce certifications including Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Platform App Builder - desirable)
• Most importantly, you are an ambitious self-starter who will work proactively across all teams and levels to source information, analyse and design solutions to business problems!
