Job Description

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner is responsible for managing our national end-to-end recruitment process, from attracting to hiring great talent across all levels of NEXTDC. As a true business partner, this role works collaboratively with multiple key stakeholders to understand our hiring needs and select the best talent whilst providing an exceptional candidate experience. 

You will also play a key role within our People & Culture team on developing and promoting our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), including coming up with new and creative attraction strategies. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the full end-to-end talent acquisition process, from attraction and advertising, to screening and interviewing, through to negotiation of offer, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Own the development and execution of our recruitment strategy, including EVP, to continuously attract great talent to NEXTDC.
  • Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of talent, consisting of both active and passive candidate pools through a variety of recruitment methods, including referrals, Linked In, social media platforms, headhunting and networking. 
  • Understand the importance of diversity and inclusion best practice and  ensure this is maintained throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers across all levels (including Executive) to understand their hiring needs and provide a positive experience throughout, including educating them on the candidate market, best practices (including D&I), interview techniques and ATS.
  • Own and manage our recruitment systems and continuously look for ways in which we can improve our processes and hiring approaches to be at the forefront of innovation.     
  • Work with the broader People & Culture team on exciting people initiatives to ensure NEXTDC continues to be a great place to work.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience working in recruitment and managing the entire lifecycle, either in house or through an agency. You will also have outstanding communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and be capable of dealing with people across all levels of a complex, fast-moving organisation.
