Job Description

As the People & Culture Administrator, you will provide first level HR support and advice to NEXTDC; supporting the People & Culture (P&C) team across all aspects of administration, including systems and the employee lifecycle.

As a member of the P&C team, you will championing the NEXTDC values and contribute to a positive work environment and strong employee engagement across the business.

  • Process all employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, training and compliance, changes in employment and offboarding.
  • Provide first line advice to employees, resolving & processing all enquiries
  • Set up and maintenance of P&C Systems to ensure data integrity
  • Provide admin support for our annual P&C activities e.g. quarterly check-in reviews, remuneration reviews, NEXTPOLL engagement surveys etc.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to P&C team and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain the P&C Intranet pages to ensure information is up to date, including reviewing our P&C policies, procedures and documentation.

Qualifications

You will preferably have tertiary qualifications and a keen interest in HR, with previous administration experience within a fast-paced, professional office environment.

Your meticulous attention to detail, amazing organisational skills and strong sense of urgency will ensure the P&C team runs smoothly and are able to focus on delivering an outstanding employee experience.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborative effectively with the rest of the P&C team and wider business.

If you are faced with a situation that you haven't experienced before you will be able to think on your feet and determine a way forward. You do not accept the phrase "but that's how it's always been done," you are always seeking to improve processes and procedures.

Additional Information

This role could also suit someone looking to work part-time hours, approximately 22.5+ per week. NEXTDC is flexible as to whether this is reduced days or reduced hours across five days.
