Job Description

As our Customer Project Administrator, you will provide a combination of administrative and project support to our Customer Success team and will be pivotal in the delivery of services to NEXTDC’s customers.

You will play a key role in the management of site logistics to support our customers in their day-to-day operations. Acting as a primary point of contact for our customers, you will ensure the overall satisfaction of their experience through strong communication, coordination of internal stakeholders and 3rd party resources and the efficient administration of project schedules, budgets and work hours.

In addition to the above, you will partake in customer meetings and be responsible for producing supporting documentation such as minutes, reports and presentations and offering general support to the onsite team. Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to be both responsive and flexible to our customers’ needs in line with our #customerfirst value.

This role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney with the requirement to work both onsite and remotely 

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will have previous administration experience where you have been responsible to ensure everything falls into place.

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Administration experience supporting medium to large capital intensive projects would be an advantage.
  • Strong customer service experience, face-to-face and over-the-phone
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. MS Visio and Projects desirable.
  • Ability to make decisions quickly in difficult situations
  • Detailed oriented with the ability to work autonomously
  • Proficient at taking minutes and producing meeting outputs
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and juggle conflicting priorities
