We are looking For ETL Lead at least for 3 years with some exp in on-shore off shore development.

Informatica Lead developer with data migration project (not developer)  it needs to be Lead developer where he has managed 4 ETL resources in a team. 

If they have Infa Certification that is good as well.  

Data migration experience -needs have experience with customer data merge or disparate data sources

Also dealt with On-shore -off shore development models.

I have enclosed a profile as Senior Developer with Certifications but they are still looking for Lead Resource
Required Skills: Provide ongoing support and enhancements to ETL development and associated Data Warehouse processes. Support may include ETL development, unit testing, fixes, system testing, maintenance, querying data to verify results, and documentation Analyze routine business problems and requirements to provide technical support (coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance) for the ETL (Extract Transform and Load) and associated Data Warehouse processes required to run Data Warehouse products.Document findings and communicate findings through written documents and models to stakeholders. Experience performing Business Intelligence (BI) or Data Warehouse Development (Analysis, Design, Programming, Testing) Preferred 10+ years of experience with ETL (Informatica) Development/ Onshore-offshore Experience with ETL Team Lead

Bachelors Degree Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Technology, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field Experience with Informatica Strong written & oral communication skills.
