NOCD is an award-winning digital health company focused on identifying people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and managing them using evidence-based treatment. Although OCD affects over 181 million people globally, is ranked by the W.H.O. as a top 10 most disabling condition, and costs 3X more to treat than depression, over 90% of the OCD population isn’t able to access effective care due to stigma and misdiagnosis. As a result, OCD patients often go untreated and suffer in silence, which is why it’s nicknamed "the secret illness.”

NOCD is solving this global problem by identifying OCD patients online and managing them using our evidence-based OCD “telehealth +” platform. Inside the NOCD platform, members can do live face-to-face video sessions with an OCD specialist from the NOCD’s network, as well as get support between sessions from peer communities and self-help tools. Researchers have proven that NOCD Therapy reduces OCD Therapy by 47% in 10 hours of therapist time.

Job Description

What you’ll do: 

  • Build, shape, and lead our email strategy for customer growth, engagement, and retention.

  • Design, scale, manage, implement, and improve our email marketing from soup to nuts. (Think of “email as a product.”)

  • Identify opportunities to maximize engagement, conversion, and retention among key customer segments

  • Grow a team to lead end-to-end execution of email campaigns including briefs, copy, staging, QAing emails, segmentation, and reporting.

  • Partner with other teams to develop the channel and content strategy for all digital lifecycle communications across key moments and customer segments to craft custom conversations with our customers

  • Email swaps, sponsorships, and propose email collection features on our website to increase our email reach

  • Collaborate with Product to identify new features, offerings, and opportunities

  • Engage cross-functionally to build email marketing more profoundly into our process.

What we’re looking for: 

  • A growth-focused individual with a constant eye on how the email channel is improving the core business metrics

  • Be a hands-on contributor, diving into day-to-day performance details, and launching new campaigns or making changes to existing ones when needed.

  • Ensure that the NOCD voice, tone, style and brand positioning are reflected appropriately in all projects.

  • Experience with growth and lifecycle management strategies with knowledge of marketing automation techniques and email marketing best practices.
