OCD is commonly misrepresented as a personality quirk, despite being ranked by the World Health Organization as a top 10 most disabling condition, having a lifetime prevalence of over 2%, and causing people to be 10 times more likely to die by suicide. Moreover, the "gold-standard" treatment for OCD called Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) has never been widely-accessible.
NOCD started after our founder's own experience with OCD - trying to understand what was happening, going through various misdiagnoses, and finally working with an ERP specialist to get better. On the NOCD teletherapy platform, members work with qualified ERP therapists through live video sessions and have access to peer support communities and therapeutic tools via the NOCD app.
The mission of NOCD is to ensure everyone with OCD knows they are not alone and has access to evidenced based care. We recently raised a series A round and need the help of those who are passionate about our mission to serve those with OCD.
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and mission-driven Recruiting Operations Manager to help NOCD expand its provider network. As a Recruiting Operations Manager, you will be working alongside the clinical operations team to help NOCD scale its network of providers efficiently. This job will be both hands-on and strategic- you will be sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding therapists while driving data analytics projects to help improve recruitment operations process and to expand recruitment channels.

What you’ll do include:
Recruit Mental Health Professionals to join the NOCD provider network
Expand recruitment channel efficiently within budget
Own the full cycle recruiting process from resume review to hiring
Develop and lead NOCD’s network recruiting data reporting on sourcing, interviewing activity, offer status, tracking towards monthly hiring goals.
Hiring Goals Planning on a monthly basis based on projected demand
Identify key areas of improvement for the full recruiting cycle and implement solutions to drive process optimization
Help manage and scale our recruiting systems and tools to maximize workflow efficiency
Manage vendor relationships and identify recruiting solutions that make the hiring process more efficient
2-3 years of clinician recruiting experience, with a focus in high volume recruiting operations in high growth environments
Excellent people skills
Experiences with identifying challenges in an operational process and independently crafting and implementing solutions
Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed
Fluency in Excel/Google Sheets
Experience partnering with leadership on recruiting strategy and hiring initiatives
Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and translating those into process improvement recommendations
Experience with a CRM is not required, but a plus
