Large Florida based geriatric Primary Care Group seeks 2 Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to treat ages 50 and up by conducting annual primary care tests and assessments in Orlando, Florida!  
NP or PA will get to close the gap on quality care by keeping patients up to date on annual assessments and tests they need on an ongoing basis.  Instead of waiting until it’s too late, the NP or PA will get to take a proactive approach in preventing illnesses.  By evaluating and assessing early, this will ensure they are providing the best care for the patients and identify any issues they may have.

About:
•    NP or PA will work in 1 clinic for 1 week or 2 months, then move on to the next clinic until all the patients tests and assessments are up to date.  No prescribing needed.
•    8a-5p, Mon-fri, no weekends, no call, 8 patients a day seen
•    NP or PA can work close to home in clinics as close to them as possible.  
•    Assessments could be for mammograms, immunizations, routine checkups, health risk assessments, patient counseling/teaching, scheduling a colonoscopy, chest X-ray’s, urinalysis, blood pressure check, diabetes check, chronic illness, etc
•    Group is large, stable, growing and profitable. Medical provider owned group.  MD support always.  
•    MSN/ APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)/ARNP / FNP, GNP, ANP, ACNP, NP-BC, Family, Adult, Acute Care or Gerontology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/PA-C will conduct exams and tests for patients ages 50 and up.  May refer patients back to PCP when needed.  
•    Ideal candidate has experience with seniors, experience with diagnosis and assessment of chronic illness, must be able to establish relationships, be personable, flexible and adaptable.

Requirements:
•    FL licensed
•    Not open to new grads

Compensation:
•    $90-103,000/year in salary
