Job Description

Quality Assurance Assistant is responsible for working closely with the Quality Team members to assist in the maintenance and work of the Quality group at nanoComposix. The Quality group functions include ensuring the quality, safety, and control of the products manufactured and processes performed at nanoComposix.  nanoComposix is a world leader in nano particle manufacturing and development, for various applications.  You will work in an atmosphere that is stimulating, innovative, and customer focused.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

·       Document control and release of documents for both paper and electronic storage

·       Records management including organization and archiving

·       Assure that training files are complete and up-to-date

·       Issue document control request numbers and product lot numbers

·       Ensure point of use documents are current revision

·       Review and approval of batch records and completed logs, and trend for errors

·       Ensure that deviations are appropriately escalated to QA supervisor

·       Provide documentation support to during client and regulatory audits

Secondary Duties/Responsibilities:

·       Support Quality Staff with quality data review for trends and metrics

·       Support manufacturing and development activities as needed as quality representative

·       Perform additional job-related duties as required

Supervisory Responsibilities:

·       None

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience required

·       Prior experience within a GMP regulated environment is preferred

·       Efficient time management and organizational skills

·       Solid verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly apply written communication

·       Analytical skills and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving

·       Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with others

·       Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team

·       Team minded individual with flexibility and dedication
